Our client is looking for a Tax-Compliance Officer who has experience in PE and preparing funds flows.

Your Responsibilities

* Prepare funds flow for transactions: new investments, exits, dividend payments, etc.
* Proceed with Tax compliance queries for Luxembourg companies (corporate tax returns, VAT returns, tax provisions, etc.)
* Develop strong relationships with deal team, including understanding their business practices and specific needs
* Maintain relations with tax advisors, lawyers, etc.

Your Profile

* 3-5 years' experience working with funds flow and tax compliance
* Experience in PE (or other cross border M&A)
* Fluent in French and/or English
* Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude and can work efficiently and accurately under pressure
* Have an eye for details, especially numbers
* Demonstrates intellectual rigor and curiosity
* High knowledge in excel
