SOFTWARE ASSET MANAGER (F/M) - EXPERIS LUXEMBOURG

For one of its client, Experis Luxembourg is looking for a :

 SOFTWARE ASSET MANAGER (M/F)

Main activities :

• Installation and configuration of the SAM Tool
• Configuration of the connectors and needed security filters to gather the usage data and entitlements
• Reconciliation of data based on the defined rules and analysis
• Provide reporting to customers
• Day-to-day infrastructure operations
• Incidents resolution and problems identification
• Infrastructure monitoring, availability testing and reporting
• Implements standard changes and service requests
• Documentation management
• On-call service

• At least 3 years of professional experience relevant to the duties, within large-scale Data Centre environments
• At least 2 years of professional experience with Software Asset Management tool. An experience with the Snow software is an asset
• Comfortable with service operations
• Has a solid understanding of most of the technical aspects and concepts 
• Solid understanding of the operational organisation of industrialised service delivery
• Experience in Configuration Management and Procurement is an asset
