What is the job of a sales consultant at FSM Group?
- You call companies to offer our services and thanks to a thorough analysis of their needs, you will write attractive ads in order to attract the best candidates
- You contact candidates via different job boards and call the ones who apply
- You are a master negotiator and are capable to negotiate the best contracts with your clients
- Because of your reactivity, you can beat the competition with your urgency and rapidity
- You fluently speak English and French and you feel comfortable communicating in those languages
- You are in possession of a degree
- Your communication and negotiation skills are your assets
- Your priority is to obtain results: you know that to be the first you need to have the best results
- You have the best positive attitude and this is how you manage to obtain the best results
What do we offer to our consultants?
- A fixed salary of 35K gross and unlimited commissions: you will easily earn 70K the first year
