Sales Administrator/Customer Support Service
9 month fixed term contract
Main tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure calls with customers and sales agents
- Deal with customer orders and coordinate with production team
- Create client accounts
- Prepare quotations and tender documents
- Support sales agents
Skills and abilities:
- A strong team player with a willingness to learn and progress
- Stress-resistant and flexible
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- At ease with computer tools
- Languages: English and French mandatory. German and any other language is considered as an asset
