A leading global real estate service provider is looking for an ambitious real estate consultant who would like to grow and participate in the company`s success.

Your Responsibilities
*Handle the transaction from the prospection to the final step and contract agreements
*Proactively contact potential clients and develop network to identify new business
*Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients
*Advise clients/landlords and tenants on their real estate projects
*Develop sales and business development strategy
*Draft and prepare presentation, pitch, and contracts
*Ensure a good follow up of the different projects
*Develop your network relationship by ensuring the quality and client's satisfaction
Your Profile
*Hold a Real Estate license or equivalent degree
*Passionate by real estate sector and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial real estate
*Excellent communication skills, able to build strong business relationship
*Autonomous, opportunistic, proactive and an enthusiastic team player
*Demonstrate resilience, stress resistance and negotiation competencies
*Fluent French and English, German and Luxembourgish are considered as strong assets
