Giving you a great way to boost your experience and career, our client, an international independent investment firm, is looking for an Operations Manager to reinforce the experienced and high-qualified Luxemburgish office.

By playing a key role in coordinating all administrative related tasks and stakeholders, you will work in all aspects of the investment process. This will provide you a great opportunity to grow a strong professional network.

Operations Manager - Tasks:

Monitoring of funds cash flows (capital calls, distributions of underlying investments, etc…)
Provide quarterly and annual reports to the top management
Taking part of strategic meetings with Investment Committee
Creation and update of the internal investment portfolio tracker
Improvement of the fund database and fund documentation
Identify potential issues and recommendation to solve them

Operations Manager - Profile:

You have at least 1 year of experience in Private Equity
You have at least a bachelor degree in a financial related field
Regulatory field has no secret for you
You have great interpersonal skills and team spirit
You are able to work effectively and pay strong attention to details
English is mandatory, any additional language will be considered as an asset
