Office Manager (M/W)
1 Year contract
- Ensure all administrative tasks for Luxembourg acitvities :
- Welcome clients over the phone and physically
- Handling meetings, agendas, travel
- Communication with clients
- Handling files, copies, archive etc ;
- Updating data basis
- Ensure and manage invoices
- Follow up on treasury in collaboration with banks
- The candidate has an experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in Luxembourg
- Fluent English language (reading, writing and verbal) and excellent standard of either German or French (reading)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience delivering HR administrative activities
- Is discrete, reliable and punctual
