On behalf of our client, an international Financial Services structure, we are looking for:

Manager Legal & Corporate Services (m/f)

Your responsibilities: 

• Manage the day-to-day legal, corporate and administrative aspects of a dedicated portfolio of clients’ companies
• Work closely with the clients to structure their lease, finance, securitization, bond issues, holding structures and private equity funds as well as corporate governance
• Assist the clients through more complex legal issues
• Work closely with the colleagues from the Finance department
• Maintaining accurate legal records
• Actively participate in growing and marketing our business
• Team management

Your profile:

• Degree educated in Law
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar position in the Trust, Fiduciary, Domiciliation or Law firm environment is required
• Fluency in English is a MUST – any other languageswill be a plus
• PC literate
• Ability to deal with client and professional advisors, thereby showing a commitment to providing a quality service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
