In this role as a Legal Associate you will get a wide exposure to investments funds and funds operations. The company considerably increased its number of assets lately, this is the perfect time to join them!

The platform is expanding, you will have possibilities to grow within the company.

You will be working in a team of 6-10 people.

Some of the duties include:

• Be responsible for the corporate governance of funds and entities;
• Review and prepare legal documents (acquisition, divestment, liquidation, contracts, agreements);
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly board meetings (in Luxembourg) and the resolutions;
• Liaise with service providers;
• Be in charge of the execution of transactions;
• Be involved in various projects.

Jobs requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, within a law firm;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience in global credit, corporate private equity, or real assets;
• Take initiatives, possesses great organizational skills;
• Happy to work in a flat hierarchy company.

In Luxembourg, they have a small team of 25 people. You would be in touch with employees based in different countries, and with very Senior employees.
