LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M/F)
DO Recruitment Advisors are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for the Legal & Compliance team of a large US based Asset Management Company. The role will involve legal administrative tasks on a daily basis, as well as, providing support to the legal and compliance team.
THE JOB:
·Handling of day-to-day administrative tasks within the Legal and Compliance team, such as incoming and outgoing mail, electronic & paper filing, scanning of documents;
·Preparation & review of documents and presentations, compiling required data as the case may be;
·Review and approval of service providers' invoices;
·Coordination of all necessary arrangements for the organization of meetings in our premises;
·Drafting of minutes of meetings;
·Process legal documents including treating the documents and obtaining the relevant signature;
·Ensure our global website is updated with the latest legal documentation available;
·Archiving of legal documentation.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
·Be highly organized, efficient and professional and be able to work to deadlines;
·Have a high level of computer skills and in particular have a good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
·Able to work with a minimum of supervision;
·Strong sense of professional responsibility;
·Problem solving skills and attention to detail;
·Be fluent in English is mandatory (written and spoken) as the candidate will have to communicate with contact persons based in different countries;
·Discretion, flexibility and rigor are required .
THE CLIENT:
Our client is a large US based asset manager, with a medium sized office in Luxembourg.
At the final stages of the recruitment process, the successful candidate can be asked to provide supporting documentation such as, for example, copies of diplomas or proof of previous jobs, and a standard criminal record check might also be requested.
