We’re looking for a Junior IT Inside Sales - Intern to join our Sales team in charge to actively participate in seeking out and engaging customer prospects, ensuring Customer Satisfaction following our motto “IT Expertise and Human Experience”.
According to the candidate’s results, a position could be opened in the Sales Team at the end of the internship.
Responsibilities:
- Research accounts, identify key players and build a Sales prospecting plan together with the Sales Executives
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, customer events and Marketing actions
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executive for further development and closure
- Present, promote and sell IT services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and long-term customer relationships
- Develop deep understanding of customer culture and business strategy
- Ensure a regular reporting to the Management Team
Requirements:
- Currently preparing a Master 2 degree related to Business Development area and you are looking for a 6 months internship
- A real interest for the Information and Technology sector
- Entrepreneurship mindset and great team spirit
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Office, Powerpoint)
- French/English languages are mandatory, Luxemburgish and/or German are nice to have
