Our HR department actively works to enable our colleagues delivering world class services to our clients. In the context or our global and local growth strategy, we have defined an HR Digital Transformation Program to support our targeted growth and design an effective and innovative employee experience.
We are searching today for a Business Analyst that will be involved in the deployment of various projects around: Performance Improvement, Automation and People Analytics. In an HR context.
You will have to understand, analyze and translate day-to-day needs of HR professionals into technical requirements for supporting HR operations. You will then take the ownership of ensuring the delivery of these projects.
You will also be involved in the structuring, statistical analysis and visualization of HR Data through various local & global database and dashboard solutions.
For this role, you will work directly with multiple experienced stakeholders in our local Talent, IT support, Digital Factory, Legal and Risk management teams. You will also collaborate with professionals across the EY network globally for benchmarking and global project activities.

- Qualifications:
- You have a degree in either Work & Organization Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science or Computer Science
- You have recently graduated or have 1 to 2 year of professional experience
- You are experienced on Microsoft Power Apps and Office 365 products
- You are passionate about how technologies can be used in human resources to solve practical issues and support experience design
- You have strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities
- You understand the importance and implication of confidentiality and data privacy
- You are fluent in English

What you can expect
