In order to continue the expansion of our Advisory department, EY Luxembourg is looking to recruit a:
Junior Consultant (m/f) in Performance Improvement / Organization Advisory
Your responsibilities:
We are looking for young energetic and aspiring individuals who are inquisitive, ambitious, and great at working with people and willing to develop their capabilities in the Performance Improvement/ Organization Advisory area.
Our Performance Improvement/ Organization Advisory team members focus on the priorities and challenges our clients are facing. Key concerns for clients, both from the private and public sector, include defining / redefining their strategy, measuring performance, managing risk, designing and implementing procedures as well as effectively driving change management.
Our focus areas within the area of Performance Improvement Advisory are:
- Strategy redesign
- Performance Measurement
- Determine company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Benchmarking
- Market & economic analysis
Our focus areas within the area of Organizational Advisory are:
- Operational strategy
- Organization & HR
- Management & Process Improvement
- Change Management
- Simplified Reporting
- Integrated Strategic Cost Management
- Centralized Planning & Budgeting
- Shared Services Solutions
- Embedded Risk Management
- Integrated Analytics Solutions
Your profile:
- You hold a Master Degree / Engineering Degree in Economics, Management or equivalent;
- You are willing to combine business acumen with analytical skills and vice versa;
- You are fluent in English and French (the knowledge of other languages such as Luxembourgish or German will be considered as an asset;
- You can easily integrate and work in a truly international team, collaborate across levels;
- You are willing to travel abroad on a part-time basis.
