Technical Requirements:
- Experience with systems management;
- Experience in troubleshooting and or scripting would be an advantage;
- Experience with hands-on access provisioning:
- MS Active Directory MS Exchange, management of share drives, user groups, group mailboxes, distribution lists;
- Database access management;
- Extracting access reports from Active Directory and databases (Oracle, Sybase);
- Support the access recertification processes;
- Database User access management: Oracle, Sybase
- User access management to business applications (financial and general applications);
- Management of quarantined emails;
- Troubleshooting and first line support to users.
Behavioral profile:
- Organizational skills;
- Good patience and an ability to provide training and guidance;
- Natural problem solver;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
