To reinforce the Sales Team, we are seeking for an:
IT Account Manager (M/F)
The Sales will join the team and will be an added value to this department by supporting the existing customers and developing a news relationships.
- Active prospection to acquire to new customers
- Building relationship
- Project Management skills
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers' accounts to increase revenue
- Establishing operational action plans for effective lead generation
- Managing client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Meeting sales targets
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Drafting/presenting service offers and RFP responses
- Fluent in French and English
- CDI / Permanent Position
- Salary : TBD
- Start date: Immediately
