HR Analyst – Record Management

Team
The Benelux Nordics HR team is comprised of 12 people based in Luxembourg. The team provides end-to-end HR services (e.g. recruitment, service delivery, payroll, performance development, talent management, compensation, regulatory compliance, employee relations, etc.) to managers and employees in 7 countries – Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Project description
In 2018, JP Morgan Chase launched the Central Records Management Program which looks at all Records held by JP Morgan worldwide and across all Lines of Business.
This program imposes requirements to be applied in the creation, storage, retention and destruction of JP Morgan records.
Role description
Remediate 1000+ employee files in our archive according to local regulation which include scanning / shredding of documents as per guidance given
Ensure the HR Share Drive / SharePoint are updated as per the new data record management structure
Punctual help on other Record Management activities as required
High integrity and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality
Good organizational skills and attention to details
Team player
Fluent in English
