Description
- Create and execute the overall strategy of the business
- Develop and execute end-to-end insurance initiatives to drive growth
- Develop and shape the future of the organization
- Play a key executive leadership role and primary liaison with Enterprise stakeholders in a multi carrier, multi-line, multi geography environment
- Monitor to the Product Strategy and Underwriting Process and workflows to ensure operational readiness and effectiveness
- Participate to the recruitment of the team
Profile
- At least 10 years' experience in the insurance and/or brokerage sector in relation with new technologies
- Master degree in finance, business administration or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of insurtech, digital tools
- Fluent in English
