This is your opportunity to join a private equity already based in 3 countries in Europe and to work directly with the head of Luxembourg.
You will be in contact with the shareholders, be given a large diversity of tasks, be involved in every transaction and have thereby the possibility to have a global overview of all the activities of the group.
Their objectives of growth will also give you long term perspectives to evolve in Luxembourg or in another country.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting the Conducting Officer, you will have among others the following responsibilities:
* Preparation of the various reporting for the investors (quarterly)
* Follow-up of the investment platforms, monitoring of the various rates
* Oversight of the accounting activities outsourced to a local fiduciary, management of the annual balance sheet
* Contact with the external auditors
* Trailer fees calculation
* Management of the incoming and outgoing invoices
* Corporate Administration
* Follow-up of the investment commitments of the investors
Your Profile
* Degree in accounting or finance completed with a first experience with private equity funds in a a big 5 of minimum 3 years
* Fluent in French and English
* Highly rigorous, organised, autonomous and a quick learner
* Excellent Excel knowledge
