Editorial Assistant for scientific journal - European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy

Editorial assistant required

Fluent English essential, and native-speaker preferred for medical non-profit association based in Luxembourg (www.esska.org ).

Work is partly administrative, partly editorial. Scientific manuscripts involved so experience of science or medicine is useful.

Strong proficiency in computer software systems including: MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as strong skills conducting Internet research. Knowledge of other related software applications is an asset.

Eye for details and be able to prioritize and plan work activities.

Professional and positive communication skills with authors, editors and colleagues.

Office-team is small, with occasional intense periods, so you will need a sense-of-humour, adaptability, and be willing to roll up your sleeves.
