Corporate Officer: The Role

• You have a first understanding of the legal and financial environment in Luxembourg
• You will prepare and organise the different meetings (Boards and Resolutions)
• You will be the person coordinating the legal processes and collecting the signatories
• You will be the liaison between the different involved stakeholders

Corporate Officer: The Profile

• You have a Diploma in Law or Finance
• You are fluent in English and French
• You have at least one first experience within a financial service provider
• You are open to learn and have good communication skills

Corporate Officer: The Mission

• Competitive salary up to 40,000€ Gross per year
• Possibility for evolution to become Senior Officer and later Manager
