Corporate Officer: The role

• You will be the person of contact and liaise with notaries, lawyers, public administrations, banks, investors

• You will analyse the financial framework of investment proposals, monitor the development of the portfolios
• You provide support to your team and respond to all their demands
• You will analyse and evaluate ongoing regulatory requirements to ensure that policies and procedures are and stay compliant will all the company's departments
• You will be in contact with foreign clients and provide them a high-quality service

Corporate Officer: The Profile

• You have a proven experience of at least 4 years in a similar position
• You have a bachelor's degree in the field
• You have extended knowledge of Private Equity & Real Estate
• You are fluent in English and French, any other language is an asset
• You can multitask and work in a flexible manner
• You are motivated and ambitious: the idea of actively participating in the development of company's activities in new markets interests and drives you
• You are a team player and always ready to give a helping hand to your teammates
