Corporate officer: The Mission

• Organise regular board meetings, board minutes, RCS filings, resolutions
• Handle the day to day operations of the companies
• Be in charge of the incorporation and liquidation process for the different entities
• Prepare the shareholder meetings
• Handle the administrative tasks related to the day-to-day administration

Corporate officer: The Profile

• You speak English, French and German fluently
• You have a Degree in Law or Finance
• You have at least 4 years of experience in the field of finance in Luxembourg
• You are rigorous and autonomous in your work
