One of Luxembourg’s premier firms are looking for a Legal/Transactional officer to join their operation- working alongside a dynamic and exciting team who cares deeply about professional and personal development. Your Job

This role involves supporting an excellent legal team in all corporate matters, working with clients and other team members on the full A-Z function of AIFs. Duties will include:

• Attending board meetings and writing minutes.
• Organising and filing important documents.
• Advising clients on legal needs.
• Management of transactions.

Your Profile

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position (in Luxembourg).
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Excellent problem solving skills and team spirit.
• Experience in alternative investment funds is beneficial.
