Are you an experienced Senior Corporate Officer looking to move into a growing and dynamic team?

Always wanted to step into a more people management position, training and leading staff, making a direct impact on the business?

One of our most reputable global Asset Manager is looking for a Team Manager of Corporate Secretarial Function with a passion for corporate governance and wanting to move into a people management and training role.
Working closely with the Head of Department, you’ll be responsible for impacting the team management, training new staff, all being quite hands-on with duties, e.g. corporate committees and exclusive client relationships working as a really productive team,
To give an idea of the work done on this team and department, they are currently working with nearly a trillion of assets under management across several investments and fund structures and markets.
 
Your job
Our client is looking for great Team Leader really wanting to make a difference using current team management skills, or else a Senior looking to progress and move into a more people and client management positions:
Some duties involve:
·Moving with a team of about 20 people, directly managing about 10 officers.
·Drive and impact performance for junior and mid-level officers.
·Manage and implement strategic goals and planning globally from Lux platform
·Familiar and can advise on corporate governance duties for diverse funds, AIF, UCITS, general corporate services, SPVs as well as banking clients.
·Supervise an A-Z function from incorporation to liquidation
 
Your profile
·University degree in Law or Business Administration, or similar
·6+ years’ experience in a Legal Corporate Officer/Supervisor role or equivalent
·Excellent people and leadership skills, currently managing a team any size.
·Experience with diverse and high-level clients
·Fluent English, other languages are a plus
·A proactive self-starter and good team-player
