Le Grand & Associates has recently teamed up with a ManCo to help them in their search for a Compliance Officer, who will act as the sole Compliance member in the Luxembourgish office. JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Draft and review of the compliance’s ManCo policy
• Perform due Diligence and reports on delegates
• Perform and coordinate KYC and AML checks
• Be part on the onboarding process of the new clients
• Advise and assist the staff of the ManCo on compliance matters
• Raise staff’s awareness to comply with ManCo’s rules and regulations
• Perform legal watch to ensure the company’s compliance
• Law degree and LLM will be considered as an asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated AIFM
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ideal location in the city center
