Job Purpose
The Compliance Officer is part of the Regulatory Compliance Specialist Team and reporting to the Compliance Manager. The Compliance manager is responsible for domiciliation activities, transfer activities and depository activities for all business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Watch and implementation of any change for all business lines (identification and assessment on new and existing EU, International and Luxembourg applicable laws)
- Supporting the Compliance Manger drafting & review of Policies and Procedures (Non-AML/CFT related) for all business lines.
- Sampling and testing of adherence to policies and procedures (Non-AML related).
- Provide training to the business on Non-AML/CFT matters.
- Provide advice to the business on Non-AML/CFT matters.
- Supporting the Compliance Manger for Incident Management processes, Complaint Handling processes and for Data Protection matters.
Your Profile
- Bachelors but preferably a Master’s degree
- Preferably a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a similar position or relevant experience in Luxembourg;
- You are fluent both written and oral in English
- You are able to provide work of high and consistent quality, often with tight deadlines.
- You like reading and analyzing regulation;
- You are dedicated to work in a fast growing environment;
- You are seen as a proactive person with good presentation and communication skills;
- You are client driven and rigorous;
- You are skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
