Our client is a well-established company active in the IT sector. In order to reinforce their local team, we are actively looking for a Client Support Officer.
As Products & Customers Technical Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for assistance claims (incidence tickets)
- Analyze, diagnose, qualify and manage all the process until it's solved
- Assure a technical support (level 1 & 2)
- Assist the clients in the execution of the solutions and software
- Study new products and solutions
- Fluent in French and Dutch
- A previous experience in client technical support (level 2)
- Good experience in networks and computing systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems for client
- Autonomous, organized, responsible and rigorous in their work
- Open-minded, motivate, enthusiastic and team player
- Knowledge in: Linux, macOS, mobiles (Android/iOS), Microsoft Exchange, computing security (anti-malware/Firewall), OTRS ticketing system
