Business Overview:

J.P. Morgan is strengthening its global training program for Digital and Platform Services (‘DPS’), and continuously improve his staff capabilities on key skills to ensure we continue to deliver for the bank and for our clients.

As part of the Program Management of the overall  training program for Digital and Platform Services (‘DPS’), the selected individual will actively be involved in driving its strategic agenda, and will prepare and support related communication at all levels on behalf of JPMorgan globally. It will include but will not be limited to:

• Preparation of status reporting for Steering committee and other stakeholders
• Collaboration with learning team and subject matter experts on further improvement of curriculum content and quality
• Preparation of communication plan and materials in order to drive further engagement and participation in the learning program

These points have been carefully considered as being essential for the role.  Your background must accurately reflect most of these for your application to be considered. 

• Significant prior project management experience on multi-cultural and cross location projects.
• Significant experience in the preparation of information and analysis for senior management, as well as large experience in presenting to senior audiences
• Knowledge in Data Visualization techniques and data analytics software would be a plus
• Prior experience in an Audit form (Big 4 or similar) will be a definite advantage
• Ability to build upon a basic idea or general direction and convert into a disciplined and focused process to deliver a desired outcome
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various businesses and key support functions
• Self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently as well as on a team. Ability to quickly learn new concepts, systems, processes and initiatives
• Communication & Stakeholder Management – ability to communicate on the program through comprehensive reports and presentations.
