With us, you will…

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance & accounting functions of the Holding group
• Work closely with senior management
• Drive the development and standardization of finance systems and processes worldwide
• Develop and implement group management reporting, budgeting and analysis with a focus on advanced data analytics
• Build and maintain relationship with banks, insurance companies, auditors, regulators and financial institutions
• Assist the business in driving profitability, manage costs and return on investments, manage liquidity, improve performance through accurate and timely identification and analyses of key performance indicators and other relevant business metrics
• Participate in building the company's future strategic direction and support the CEO in driving innovation with focus on the group’s strengths and emerging technologies
• Support M&A activities and other strategic projects as well as drive certain business development initiatives
• Execute and coordinate due diligence
• Seek for and evaluate new investment opportunities closely related to the company’s core activities
• In addition to these duties, as the Chief Financial Officer, from time to time you may be required to undertake other duties within your capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the group
