Client Details
Our client is a famous and well-established private bank in Luxembourg with growing activities.
Description
- Manage a team of nearly 10p
- Improve and maintain internal policies with respect to the group and local regulations
- Be responsible for new clients acceptation ensuring respect of KYC rules
- Be the reference person for AML, delivering training for the company's staff
- Be the contact person with the local regulator
- Collaborate with the internal departments to investigate and resolve compliance & AML issues
- Produce compliance reports for internal and external use
- Stay up-to date regarding local regulation
- Be in charge of implementation of new regulations
- Perform controls on MIFID2, EMIR, MAR
- Prepare and present regular management reporting in the area of compliance and regulations
Profile
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar position in a private bank
- Relevant experience in Luxembourg and used to be in contact with CSSF
- Strong knowledge of CSSF circulars, Mifid, AML and KYC rules
- Used to manage global compliance problematics for several countries
- Fluency in English. French or any other European language is an asset
- ALCO membership is an asset
- Ability to work in a small and fast growing company
