Among your activities you will a pprove/refuse vacation requests according to planning constraints and instructions, to Keep internal follow-up XL spreadsheet up-to-date (employee details, CVs, etc), produce standard reports on a regular basi, keep the planning tool up-to-date with new hired/ leavers, booking/ cancellation, vacation/ absence and training information, identify planning conflicts and propose adequate solution, support the integration and orientation of new hires (Assistant to Senior Auditors) through the construction of their planning and Preparing reporting for the Management.
You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar. In terms of languages, you are fluent in English and ideally French. Any other language such as German or Luxembourgish being considered as an asset. As interpersonal skills we look forward to see on you excellent communication skills and client orientation. You are a positive thinker, detail-oriented and a flexible team player who is able to manage stressful situations professionally. You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
