You are an entrepreneur with proven experience in business development in a market linked to banks and insurances with knowledge of BPO?
You are willing to work in a fast-paced company oriented in new services technologies?
* Develop and set up a prospection plan
* Identify the potential clients and develop dashboards accordingly
* Draft and adapt the request for proposal to the client request
* Develop the price policy of the entity
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Participate in all negotiation phases (tariffs, SLA, contract…)
* Hand out the project to the operations
* Maintain a good balance between developing existing and new clients
* Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in B2B business development
* Thorough knowledge of the Banks and insurances sector
* Knowledge in the BPO services activities
* Client and quality services oriented
* Able to develop a new market from scratch
* Master the whole process of complex sales and business development
* Relentless, entrepreneur with excellent negotiation skills
* Fluency in French, English and German (mandatory), any other language is an asset
