Client Details
Our client is an asset manager with investments across Europe in Real Estate.
Description
Here are the main responsibilities:
- Organization of board meetings (preparation and sending convening notices, calls with the external managers, services providers, etc.)
- Coordination with accounting team to get the relevant information needed for the board meetings
- Drafting and amending the minutes of the board meetings for various Luxembourg companies on a monthly basis
- Assisting with preparation of standard corporate documentation (shareholder's resolutions, intra-group loan agreements, PoA, update of the shareholder's registers, etc.)
- Assisting with execution of documents on behalf of various companies
- Scanning, uploading, archiving and distribution of documents received
- Liaison with notaries, law firms, banks, auditors, etc.
- Fillings before the Luxembourg RCS (including preparation of the relevant notices)
- Treatment of emails in and out
Profile
- Bachelor or equivalent diploma, either in Law or business administration
- At least one previous experience (internship included) in the field of corporate officer/paralegal in Luxembourg
- Good understanding of Luxembourg requirements (usual corporate documentation, RCS access,...)
- Perfect proficiency in English (and French would be an asset)
- Good communication skills
- Details oriented, accurate, precise candidate in his/her day to day
