My client is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Luxembourg for a permanent contract.
- Receptionist and administrative task A to Z
- Process outgoing mail, normal mail, express mail and courier
- Maintenance of lists
- Meeting organisation
- Office and kitchen stock management
- Maintaining filing systems, internal and external archive managemen
- Administrative support to management
- Work closely with Office Manager
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Fluent in English and French/German is a plus, any additional language will be considered as an assetAbility to meet highest attendance requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Autonomous, conscientious, rigorous, helpful and pro-active.
- Very service oriented, able to interact with tact and diplomacy with colleagues and visitors
