Manpower is recruiting for one of its clients in Luxembourg, a European Institution:
Operational Assistant
Transaction management
Tasks:
- Acquire knowledge about business applications and regular reporting
- Interact with end users via phone/Skype and during meetings
- Knowledge exchange with team members
- Prepare solutions by creating specification for system changes
- Liaise with IT
- Follow up on progress and provide regular status updates
Profile:
- Bachelor degree in information technology, finance or related field
- 5 years’ experience in support function desired
- Fluent in English, good command of French desire
- Business Objects
- Excel
- ITIL (would be considered as an asset)
- Organised; Independent; Quick learner; Stress resistant; Logical thinking
