We are looking for one of our clients a :
Coordinator, compensation, benefits, payroll Europe&Global mobility M/F
This is a one year contract starting ASAP !
You coordiante overall administrative assistance and ensure smooth running of three disciplines in Europe and one global discipline with the Human ressources department.
* Payroll Europe Support
- manage the sick leave management input of the different payroll in Europe
- manage the labor doctor appointment for Luxembourg ( STI )
- support the quota corrections for vacations carry-over and holiday compensation / over time compensation for shift workers
- manage tax cards for worker, administration
- prepare information and calculation for Luxembourg payroll
* Comp & Ben
- manage the health insurance, pension, disability
- manage the invoices from life, disability, pension and health insurance in the different european countries
* Global Mobility Support
- drafting of relocation letters for external hire, contact with future employees ans relocation companies to coordinate
- booking on flights, car rental, tempory housing
You have excellent command of SAP and Microsoft office tools.
You speak fluently in english and other languages are an asset
You have a bachelor's degree in administration / business or equivalent in HR management or an equivalent
You have a first experience in administrative area.
